Dave Shaheen reported that the Reverse Drawdown fundraiser was very successful. Over 35 people joined in on the zoom call and $5,250 was raised. Thanks to John Mendick and Ray Holla for being top ticket sellers. Thanks to the committee: Tom "Pat Sajak" Kosanke, Terri "Vanna White" Bastuk, Jim Kozlowski, Lou DiPrima, Dave Shaheen & Lee Steinfeldt.  The Clean-up Crew at Sea Breeze did an unbelievable job at the Rotary Lighthouse. Landscaping and mulching transformed the area. Thanks to Terri Bastuk, Dan Dwyer, Dave Shaheen and Kenn Van Dieren on their hard work! A placard will be created and added to the site. The Eagle Scout project at the food cupboard gardens was a great success due to many volunteers who shared the work. Our club supported the project with funding. President Elect Lynn Wozniak has sent out a registration email for the June 23 Changeover Dinner at Cobblestone. You can also register HERE. Dues are now DUE. Please see Kenn Van Dieren to pay your annual $175 dues. Raise A Glass event at RIT will be June 12th and volunteers are needed. See Dan Dwyer or Tom Kosanke to sign up. There will also be a Bunk Bed Build for Sleep in Heavenly Peace on June 12th. Volunteers are needed. Please see Kim Miranda if you can help out. |
