Dan Dwyer filling in for President Greg Blair who is still suffering from a back issue. Guests tonight are Lindsay Kremers and Hannah Weltzer, our speakers tonight from the Lung Association. Lily Lynch also brought two exchange students Andrea and Gracia from Peru & Bolivia. Pasta Dinner Update: Bob Scheidt asks people to keep selling sponsorships as tickets sales are behind last year at this time. Goal is for 1800 dinners. All permits are in place. We need people recertified for food prep for next year (we are ok this year but need to do it before next year). Bob Schiedt will manage Kitchen, Dan Dwyer manages Food Line, and Tom Kosanke manages Outside. We still need more volunteers for Sunday - See Bob if you can add helping hands. Ray Holla is taking over lead in the Dictionary Program for B.J. Cunningham who did a fantastic job on this over many years. The club is very grateful to B.J. and Kenn Van Dieren for their leadership in this highly successful program! Ray says that the dictionary order has been placed and he will have more info soon on labels and bookmarks. Thanks, Ray, for taking over the Dictionary Program! |
