Lily Lynch asked our membership if anyone is interested in being a host family to two exchange students from Bolivia & Peru.  The students will be here October 13-23 and need housing for October 13-15 or for the whole stay.   Email Lily if interested.

Lily also updated us on her and Stephen Schwock's New Member Project.  Should be underway between Thanksgiving and Christmas.  Still waiting on some items to come in.  The list of needed supplies for the Irondequoit Food Cupboard is known.   The whereabouts of "The Ring" are still unknown, however...

Pasta Dinner Update:  75% of tickets have been distributed to members.  Please give ticket money to Lynn Wozniak who will then give to Dave Shaheen for deposit in Irondequoit Rotary Foundation.  Profits from Pasta Dinner will then be returned to the club treasury.  Poster for this year has been updated and was handed out tonight.  See Dan Dwyer for a copy.  Tom Kosanke asked all to push for sponsors.  Work assignments will be sent out in the next few weeks.   See Pasta Dinner Page for poster and sponsorship levels.  This page will be updated with sponsors and monies are collected.

Jim Kozlowski reviewed the Clubrunner App that is available to all club members.  The Clubrunner App for your phones includes:  member contact details, event and speaker calendar, ability to edit your member profile, list of club executives,  a text notification system, District info, etc.  Jim sent out an email to all club members with their usernames and with tutorials to login to this app and the Member Area of the website (which has much of the same info plus email).  See Jim for more details or help getting set up with the app or our Member Area of the website.
