Treasurer's Report: President Steve reviewed Tom Kosanke's report. All is well. Budget is in control. Spending on dinners about break-even and other budget items doing well. Most focus now is obviously on Pasta Dinner. Pasta Dinner: Please get back to Tom Kosanke by responding to his email to members on assignments. Work times are: Saturday Morning Between 8 am - 1 pm (For Pasta Staff) and 9:30 am to 2 pm (For sponsor material packing and Salad Prep); Sunday Between 8 am (For Pasta Staff) and 9:30 am For others to 6:30 pm. We're looking for more help to come early on Saturday to help cool the pasta that is being pre-cooked so come at 8:15 to help if you can. All sponsor info needs to be in to Bob Scheidt by Wed Oct 28 meeting in order to make it into flyer and signs. Revenue collected so far is running behind previous years so we need a big push at end to meet goals! If you need posters, see Dan Dwyer. Thanks to Terri Bastuk for securing our first $1000 sponsor from her workplace QVI!! We will have about 6 boy scouts helping but let Tom Kosanke know if there will be any other non-member help. If anyone knows of an organization that could take any left-over hot food on Sunday night, please see Dan Dwyer. Interact Club: Lynn has been working hard to establish a club in West Irondequoit High School. The school is working to find a teacher who will be the advisor for the club but no luck yet despite much effort. Many of the teachers targeted were already advising students on multiple small focused volunteer projects. Might look to East Irondequoit or Bishop Kearney. Trunk or Treat: We will pass on this event this year as there have been no volunteers to attend.
