Jason Miller thanked the club for planting trees in his father’s name, for sympathy cards and Alysha for all her help during this difficult time. He then donated $100 to Angels of Mercy (revenue from his dart competition collections). Pasta Dinner Committee - Bob Spatola has locked in Nov. 1st as the date with BK administration. Committee meetings to be scheduled by Dan Dwyer soon. Camp Haccamo's 70th Anniversary party - September 19th. See camp Haccamo’s website for more info and to register. Foreign Exchange - Hannah Christensen, our club's former exchange student, contacted us and asked for our club to find a youth exchange host family for incoming exchange students. The District is deparately looking to find host families here so the District can send more students out to foriegn countries. There is a requirement that a district sends only the number of students that it will, in turn, host in the district. One Rotary Summit - this is a District Learning event to ignite passion and drive action in Rotary Clubs. It is being held Saturday, September 12, 2026 at Harris Beach Murth law offices in Pittsford. See President Steve if interested in attending. Trees at Camp Haccamo - The trees in our club's garden at Camp Haccamo need some TLC due to deer. Need people to volunteer to take charge of that project. Also need landscaping around the Playhouse. Sounds like a spring project. Bob Scheidt reports that the Rochester Historical Society is working on a project with Indigenous Nations. TBT plan is to erect a sign at Durand that explains the 6 nations.
