Veteran's Committee: the committee will refurbish a bench in Durand Park that is in bad shape. The bench is part of a memorial for PFC William Spain, who was the Rochester Times Union - Chevrolet 1935 Soap Box Derby Champion. PFC Spain was killed in action in WWII on February 17, 1945.
