Financial Review — July is slow month for expenses. Most members have paid dues - still chasing a few. Budget is in great shape.
Haccamo Carnival Night —nice night, train was running, we provided a bounce house and inflatable corn hole game. Our garden does not look good. Trees are decimated and the grounds are not in good shape. Will need to pick a Saturday to go out there and fix it up. Need a plan. Peace Pole a possibility? Inside of play house is painted with blackboard chalk type and needs to be washed down. Maybe get Interact to help?
Pasta Dinner Committee - needs a chair to step up or we may need to do a co-chair leadership plan. Bob Scheidt has written up a review of what has been done in the past and will help with transition.
Schedule - Checking with Lisa Norwood, District 7120 Governor for September 2nd. No Respnse to several emails. May need a fill-in for that week with Haccamo or Foundation or even Clubrunner…. Kenn Van Dieren volunteered Deb to do a presentation about their business.
